PROFESSIONAL USE PRODUCTS

Nature Eva shall not be liable for misuse, incorrect application, improper storage, failure to follow instructions or unauthorised modification of products.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by local authorities.

Nature Eva shall not be liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery, any re-shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.

WHOLESALE, DISTRIBUTOR AND PALLET ORDERS

For bulk purchases and pallet shipments, customers may arrange collection using their own transport company.

The customer is responsible for:

* Booking the transport
* Providing collection instructions
* Ensuring collection arrangements are completed correctly

Once goods have been collected by the nominated carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

ONLINE TRAINING COURSES

Nature Eva online training courses include educational content, professional knowledge, and training kits containing products supplied to the participant.

Due to the digital nature of the training and the shipment of products and materials, all online training purchases are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued once:

* Payment has been received;
* Access to the training has been granted;
* Training materials have been provided;
* The training kit has been dispatched.

By purchasing an online training course, the customer expressly agrees that their statutory cancellation rights may be limited once access to the digital content has commenced and/or physical training materials have been shipped.

Access to online training is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with third parties.

IN-PERSON TRAINING COURSES

Full payment for the training course is required to secure a place on any in-person training course.

A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Nature Eva reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment requirements are not met.

IN-PERSON TRAINING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

If a participant is unable to attend their booked training session, they may request to reschedule their booking on one occasion only.

The following conditions apply:

* Payments made to secure a place are non-refundable.
* One rescheduling request is permitted per booking.
* Any rescheduling request must be made at least 7 days before the training date.
* Once a booking has been rescheduled, no further changes will be permitted.
* If the participant fails to attend the original training date without prior notice, the payment will be forfeited.
* If the participant fails to attend the rescheduled training date, all monies paid will be forfeited.
* No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, missed sessions, travel disruptions, accommodation costs, or personal circumstances.

Nature Eva reserves the right to reschedule or relocate training events where reasonably necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date.

SALON LOYALTY PROGRAMME

The Programme provides exclusive benefits to qualifying salon customers.

Membership requirements, benefits and rewards may be amended from time to time.

Benefits may be suspended or removed where:

* Programme requirements are not maintained.
* No orders are placed for a period of 3 consecutive months.
* Abuse of the programme is detected.

DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAMME

Distributor accounts are subject to approval.

Nature Eva reserves the right to:

* Approve or reject applications
* Modify distributor pricing
* Modify distributor benefits
* Terminate distributor agreements where necessary

AMBASSADOR AND INFLUENCER PROGRAMMES

Participation in any ambassador or influencer programme does not create an employment relationship.

Nature Eva reserves the right to suspend, terminate or amend participation requirements at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our websites and training platforms is owned by Nature Eva or its licensors.

This includes:

* Logos
* Trademarks
* Product names
* Images
* Videos
* Training materials
* Certificates
* Marketing content

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature Eva shall not be liable for:

* Indirect losses
* Consequential losses
* Loss of profits
* Loss of business opportunities
* Business interruption

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

FORCE MAJEURE

Nature Eva shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

* Strikes
* Government actions
* Customs delays
* Transport disruptions

* Pandemics

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our websites.
